Monday, September 9, 2024, for the second Group match of League B of the 2024 Nations League (CNL) of the Confederation of North, Central American and Caribbean Countries (CONCACAF), our Grenadiers (Group C) on the field of the "Estadio Centroamericano" in Mayagüez, our Grenadiers faced the selection of Sint Maarten, which they crushed and humiliated [6-0]

Summary :

A match without much difficulty for our Grenadiers who largely dominated the Sint Maarten selection. In the first half, Attys Christopher opened the scoring for Haiti with a header from a corner in the 40th minute [1-0]

After the break, Duckens Nazon scored with a header in the 59th minute [2-0] before scoring his double in the 75th minute [3-0] in front of the Saint-Martin team who were unable to slow down the Haitian machine.

Mikael Cantave scored for Haiti in the 77th minute [4-0]. Nazon added his hat-trick in the 82nd minute [5-0] while Cantave secured his double in the 85th minute [6-0]

Note that goalkeeper Jhony Placide got his first clean sheet in this group stage.

This victory consolidates the Grenadiers' leadership in Group C. Mission accomplished for coach Sébastien Migné, who aimed to get as many points as possible during this September gathering in Puerto Rico.
